RSM Pricing Policy

We have endeavoured to make our Pricing Policy as fair and as clear as possible. Wherever rounding occurs we have tended to err in the customer's favor. We reserve the right to change our Policy at any time - however, although we may reduce rates from time to time without notification, we will not increase any rates without first giving our customers adequate notice.

The Policy is reproduced below. Please note that should there be a discrepancy between the version shown here, and that of the one in our documentation, then this version will be deemed to be correct.

  1. Currency - The U.S. Dollar is the default trading currency.
  2. Billing Cycles - Subscription fees are calculated and payable one month in arrears (ie., you only pay for what you have used). A subscription becomes due each calendar month on the anniversary day of your account activation.
  3. Cash Account - Your Cash Account is money that you have made availble to pay for RSM services. We will automatically deduct scheduled fees and services from your Cash Account each month that your subscription becomes due. Should your cash account enter a negative state, then we reserve the right to suspend your account (ie., you will be unable to receive RSM data until a positive balance is restored). You are encouraged to keep your Cash Account topped up.
  4. Cancellations - Should you choose to close your RSM account, then the balance of your Cash Account will be refunded.
  5. Our pricing structure is based on a 'pay-as-you-go' series of bands based upon the following table:

    At the end of each Billing Cycle the number of 'active' stations is calculated (the 'active' count is the number of stations that have produced data on your behalf for at least 5 days within the previous calendar month). The fee is taken from the row where the active station count is greater or equal to the Minimum value and less or equal to the Maximum value.
