Granting other RSM accounts access to your monitor data.

(c) 2007-2008 Hermetech International Ltd.

At times you may wish to grant another RSM account access to view all or part of your RSM data. Some scenarios where you may wish to do this might be:

1.The account which holds your actual registration does not actually represent the people who need to look at the data, for example you register your company using 'accounts@mycompany.com' as the primary email address because the accounting department is the one that pays the bills but it's your customer service/support department which will actually be viewing the data and working with customers. So you register another RSM Account using 'support@mycompany.com' and grant that account administrative 'Proxy' access to the 'accounts@mycompany.com' RSM account.
2.You provide support to many different companies (stations) and each one of those companies also has their own 'in-house' network support so you want to grant each of them a Proxy login which will allow them read-only access to see only the RSM data for the stations which they 'own'.

PROXY Logins NEVER have access to your 'My Account' window or related financial information (transaction history, utilization, etc)

Select Proxies Maintenance from the Tools menu to open the service access window.
